Workmen's Compensation registration plus your Letter of Good Standing, R1,800.
COIDA renewal
Renewal plus your Letter of Good Standing, R1,500.
We attend in person
Our consultants visit the Compensation Fund offices on your behalf, complete the forms and meet with officials.
Letter of Good Standing
Applied for once your Notice of Assessment is paid.
The Notice of Assessment is separate
Our fee covers professional consulting and processing. Once your registration is filed, the Compensation Fund issues a Notice of Assessment calculated on your company's own risk profile and employee salary details. That amount is not included in our fee and is paid directly to the Compensation Fund. Your Letter of Good Standing can only be released once it is paid.

How it works
Send your details
Registered company name, registration number, number of employees and monthly or annual salary details.
We lodge it
Our consultant attends the Compensation Fund and lodges the application on your behalf.
You pay the NOA
The Compensation Fund issues a Notice of Assessment based on your risk profile and salaries. You pay this directly to them.
Letter issued
Once the NOA is paid, we apply for and obtain your Letter of Good Standing.

What COID services do you offer and what do they cost?
First-time COIDA registration plus Letter of Good Standing is R1,800. COIDA renewal plus Letter of Good Standing is R1,500.
How long does it take?
Once the application is submitted and initial processing is finalised, we can typically secure your registration and Letter of Good Standing within 3 to 5 business days.
Is the Notice of Assessment included in your fee?
No. Our fee covers professional consulting and processing costs. The Compensation Fund issues a Notice of Assessment calculated on your company's unique risk profile and employee salary details, and that must be paid directly to the Fund before your Letter of Good Standing can be released.
What information do I need to prepare?
Your basic contact details plus your registered company name, company registration number, the current number of employees, and an estimate of monthly or annual employee salaries, which the Compensation Fund requires for registration.
