BusinessNeeds, we, us and our refer to BusinessNeeds Online (Pty) Ltd. You, client and user refer to any person using our website or services.
3. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to breach its security features, or engage in any unlawful activity in relation to our content or services.
4. Scope of services
We provide professional services including company registrations, accounting, tax, compliance, payroll, BEE certificates, COIDA and related business services.
Service timelines depend on third-party institutions such as CIPC, SARS and UIF. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
5. Fees and payments
- All fees must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed.
- Debit order payments may be used for monthly services.
- Unpaid accounts follow our collections process, set out in the refund and debit order policy.
6. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and the required documents. Incorrect or missing information may delay your service. You are responsible for reviewing documents before submission.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are governed by our refund policy. No refunds are issued once work has started on a service, unless otherwise specified.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses arising from:
- Delays caused by CIPC, SARS, COIDA, UIF, banks or other third parties
- Inaccurate information supplied by clients
- A client's failure to comply with statutory deadlines
9. Intellectual property
Content on this website, including text, design, tools and branding, is owned by BusinessNeeds and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
10. Privacy and data protection
Personal information is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which is POPIA compliant.
11. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be handled in South African courts.
12. Independence
BusinessNeeds is an independent business services provider. We are not CIPC, SARS, the dtic, the Compensation Fund or the Master of the High Court, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Our fees are professional service fees. Statutory fees charged by those bodies are separate where applicable.
